Biography

Alan Ceballos, a Jacksonville, Florida native, received his law degree from the prestigious Georgetown University Law Center.

After working in a high profile Washington D.C. Plaintiffs Personal Injury Law firm, he returned to Jacksonville to serve as a Federal Prosecutor in the United States Attorneys Office. While there he had a 100% conviction rate even though he was frequently involved in complex multi defendant and public corruption cases. His trial successes were recognized by the Department of Justice and he was awarded three special achievement awards.

After entering private practice, Alan Ceballos has successfully represented clients charged with simple misdemeanors, DUI and felony offenses ranging from routine to complex federal cases. His skills and experience have lead clients to retain him not only in Florida, but also in Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, Virginia and New Mexico.

Alan Ceballos has utilized his trial skills to also aggressively represent personal injury victims. He has accomplished favorable outcomes for persons harmed and injured in automobile accidents, slip and falls, products liability, medical malpractice and negligent security cases.
